This course presents theory and application of graphic design for print and non-print instructional products. We use Adobe Photoshop to design and create professional-looking graphics and clear instructional presentations. The use of graphic design tools such as type, shape, color, depth, and shape, must be learned. Also, understanding the use of graphic design perceptions such as figure/ground, hierarchy, and gestalt, and graphic design actions contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity, is imperative. The before and after assignments are listed in this section while class quizzes help reinforce knowledge.
